By applying SF double wall tank technology to manufacture, SF steel pipe structured with interior steel pipe and exterior FRP layer that can prevent the pipe from rusting and leakage to the soil. SF pipe is formed by "Hand lay-up method". PET Film will be pasted to cover around steel pipe and FRP layer will be formed. PET film is attached to create a small space (about 0.1mm) between steel pipe and FRP layer.
